What is HP (Hydration Point)?

HP is our proprietary hydration scoring system. Different beverages have different hydration coefficients. Water = 1.0 HP, while coffee = 0.8 HP due to caffeine content.

How is my daily goal calculated?

Your daily goal is based on your weight, age, gender, and activity level. The baseline formula is approximately 30ml per kg of body weight.

Does coffee/tea count toward hydration?

Yes! Coffee and tea do contribute to hydration, but with a lower HP coefficient due to caffeine. Coffee = 0.8 HP, Black Tea = 0.9 HP, Latte = 0.85 HP.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

How do I restore my subscription?

Go to Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Check: 1) Notifications are enabled in app settings, 2) iOS/Android system notifications are enabled for Gluk, 3) Do Not Disturb is turned off, 4) Battery optimization is not blocking the app.

Troubleshooting

App crashes or freezes

Try: Force close and restart the app → Check for app updates → Restart your device → Reinstall the app (your data is saved in the cloud).

Sync issues

Check your internet connection → Pull down to refresh → Sign out and sign back in → Contact support if issue persists.

Login problems

Try: Reset your password → Make sure you are using the correct sign-in method (Email, Apple, or Google) → Check your internet connection.
