1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Gluk, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Gluk.

2. Description of Service

Gluk is a wellness application that tracks hydration habits using the HP (Hydration Point) system. Features include:

  • Personalized hydration goals based on your profile
  • HP calculation for different beverages
  • Progress tracking and streak rewards
  • Reminder notifications

Wellness Application Classification: Gluk is a wellness and lifestyle application that tracks behavioral habits. It does NOT collect, process, or analyze health data as defined under GDPR Article 9 or similar regulations.

3. Health Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY

  • Gluk is NOT a medical device
  • Gluk does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Gluk does NOT monitor any medical condition
  • The app provides general hydration guidance for wellness purposes only
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns
  • You are solely responsible for your own health decisions

The HP (Hydration Point) system is based on published hydration research but is intended for general wellness guidance only, not medical purposes.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security
  • One account per person
  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Free tier available with basic features
  • Premium subscriptions: Annual ($14.99/year) or Lifetime ($34.99)
  • Payments processed through App Store or Google Play
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Refunds handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies

6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Misuse or abuse the service
  • Use the app to make medical decisions

7. Intellectual Property

Gluk, the HP (Hydration Point) algorithm, and all related branding, content, and technology are owned by PCI YAZILIM DAN ORG LTD STI. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Gluk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months, or $50 USD, whichever is greater

9. Termination

  • You can delete your account anytime from the app settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Gluk after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
